

I am an Alexander Technique teacher as well as a Voice and Presence coach. My work draws from the world of Theatre methodology and Practice, Mindfulness Techniques and Executive coaching and Leadership training. My approach is tailored and bespoke. Together we build a unique curriculum.
Using Coaching, Theatre methodologies, Mindfulness and other powerful learning frameworks, like the Alexander Technique, dramaturgic and contemplative practices we push towards the learning edge that takes us from ‘good to great’ in work and in life.
I teach Communication Skills alongside body-mind tools for self-regulation and self-kindness leading us towards being more open, available, and responsive to life. My work tunes us into our authentic whole/alive/brilliant selves and helps us notice life-long habits that interfere with our natural ease and power.
I’ve spent many years gathering the best techniques and tools to help people show up with authenticity, grace and confidence.
Over the years I’ve worked with organizations like Avis South Africa, Transnet, The Department of Education, McKinsey Group, Harambee, The Kelly Group, The Graduate School of Architecture, I heart PR, MSCSports and The South African Society of Occupational Health Nursing.
I’ve worked internationally as a trainer and head facilitator with Corporate Scenes both in South Africa Berkeley, California.
I also love love teaching private classes in my beautiful home studio.
