fusion-text-1\"><p>* I love doing these drawings.<br \/>\nThey sensitize and inform me in ways I don&#8217;t expect.<\/p>\n<p>This practice deepens how I work:<br \/>\nhow I observe, how I guide, how I help people come back into relationship with themselves\u2014<br \/>\ntheir movement, their use, their habits.<\/p>\n<p>Knees come up a lot in my #alexandertechnique lessons.<br \/>\nAnd they are far more interesting than we\u2019ve been led to believe.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re not just hinges\u2014<br \/>\nthey\u2019re responsive, adaptive, slightly chaotic systems that organise how we meet the ground,<br \/>\nhow we take weight,<br \/>\nhow we move through the world with both power and subtlety.<\/p>\n<p>And yet, they\u2019re often where worry gathers:<br \/>\nsore knees, creaky knees, popping knees, \u201cweak\u201d knees.<\/p>\n<p>In my work, we don\u2019t rush to fix.<br \/>\nWe learn to pay attention.<\/p>\n<p>To get curious about our structures\u2014our \u201cbits\u201d\u2014<br \/>\nnot to force change,<br \/>\nbut to allow better coordination to emerge.<\/p>\n<p>To inform, remind, and refine our use\u2014<br \/>\nand in doing so, create the
