Like after sorting the thing I want I\u2019ll be good, happy, baseline, satisfied.<\/p>\n<p>Now, I\u2019m practicing hanging back. Being on the other side.<br \/>\nI don\u2019t want anything. Unhook from the impulse.<br \/>\nI\u2019m laughing with my wanting. Nup. Just waiting here being easy. I don\u2019t want it.<\/p>\n<p>Then I can be. Begin. What can I acknowledge that\u2019s already here and forgotten because. Boring.<\/p>\n<p>More aware of sensory input means a more accurate presence. The ability to delight in the simple experience of living life.
