I am an Alexander Technique teacher as well as a Voice and Presence coach. My work draws from the world of Theatre methodology and Practice, Mindfulness Techniques and Executive coaching and Leadership training. My approach is tailored and bespoke. Together we build a unique curriculum.<\/p>\n

Using Coaching, Theatre methodologies, Mindfulness and other powerful learning frameworks, like the Alexander Technique, dramaturgic and contemplative practices we push towards the learning edge that takes us from ‘good to great’ in work and in life.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
